To equip all students with skills to develop and express their creativity through involvement in and appreciation of the arts. Also, apply skills and concepts acquired through arts participation across all content areas.

To enrich the quality of life for our students and community through creative learning in the arts, and to promote a global appreciation of the value of the arts in the development of the whole child and to become life-long consumers, contributors, and patrons of the arts.
